Strong polymer. Easy to install. FIts snugly and seems like it's in there good. Also it doesnt detract from the field of view and obscure when looking through the optic. Very solid piee of gear and great price compared to other comparable products on the market currently.
This thing fit in tighter than frogs A-hole and Looks cooler than a two tailed Tijuana donkey.
Honestly tho, I was concerned about eye relief if I had obscure positions I needed to view my optic and this had zero impact. It’s also absolutely invisible if I use my zoom. Highly recommend

Five stars for a well thought out piece of kit. The ARD is a quality product with awesome fit and finish. Fits quite snug but is easily removable for maintenance. Field of view is clear and unobstructed. Can't even tell it's there. Love it.
